My Mom stayed in the hospital all weekend. She sees the doctor tomorrow before she goes home. They say she had a blood clot that most likely started in her leg and made it’s way to her lungs. Apparently she did not have a CAT scan, just some tests to check her blood flow.

My Mom is doing ok. They got her heart in a regular rhythm before they left Lincoln, but once they got to Springfield, they found enlarged arteries around her lungs. Her echo was clear, but they are keeping her overnight and doing a CAT scan. We should know more tomorrow.
My Dad took my Mom into the ER this morning. She wasn’t feeling well and her blood pressure was high. They ran some tests at the hospital and found she had an irregular heartbeat, so they sent her off to Springfield to see a cardiologist. That’s all I know for now. I’ll keep this updated [...]

I was walking my new community yesterday and it was pretty messy. I had changed my shoes and it was a good thing. The mud was caked on thick. At the end, we were walking up the back of a walkout lot when I started to slip. I tried shifting my feet, but nothing worked.
After our second visit to the doctor for an ultra-sound, we still have no idea what we are having!
This time the baby had it’s hand covering the important parts. And if it moved, the foot went in it’s place. Very frustersting.

We’re going back for a second ultra-sound next week. The doctor needs to see a couple things they couldn’t see on the last one and we’ll get another chance to find out the sex! Hopefully this time the baby cooperates.

I spend my tuesday afternoon assisting the offensive line coach at Parkway South high school down the street from my house. I am having the best time with it.

Kristie was driving it on Sunday and it just died. She was able to pull it into a driveway where no one lived and then I had to go back and push it into a Target parking lot. There she sits.

we went to the doctor yesterday to have an ultrasound and find out what sex our baby is. when it came to the big moment, he/she was very uncooperative. there the baby was, sitting cross-legged with the feet right where we needed to look! little stinker, i hope this isn’t evident of a stubborn personality.
